DUGuest Issue

ITS staff are aware of and investigating an issue with the DUGuest wireless network; reports indicate people are unable to connect to the network. We’ll provide updates as we work to resolve this issue. 

If you’re being affected by this issue, contact the ITS Support Center by submitting a Network Issue ticket, calling 515-271-3001, or visiting the lower level of Carnegie Hall.
